Gaming Society will be hosting a Halo 3 Grifball Tournament!

What: Halo 3, Grifball!

Where: UMass Dartmouth Campus Center Commuter Cafe

When: Friday, April 23rd, 6:00pm

Cost: Free for everyone!

Grifball is a sub-game of Halo 3 in which teams of 4 square off against eachother in a completely open square arena. The object of the game is to score more points than the other team by the end of the round. Points are scored by running the Bomb into the opposing team’s goal. The carrier of the bomb is slightly faster and has enhanced shields but no weapons. Everyone else is equipped with a gravity hammer and a sword.

Teams must consist of 4 players and teams will square off Grifball style. This will be a best of 3 game set with double elimination brackets, time permitting. If you do not have all 4 players for your team, fear not! Come anyways and we will find people to fill out your team.
